Late arrival
Thank you for choosing Mirage Whitsundays, we look forward to you staying with us.
On your arrival at Mirage Whitsundays, turn into the first driveway on your left-hand side. To your left, you will see a block of letterboxes. Please locate your letterbox and enter the three-digit PIN code we emailed to you beforehand.
If you have not received an email, it means that you did not provide a valid email address when making your booking or your travel agent has not passed it along. In this case, please call 07 4948 1940 to obtain the code to your letterbox. If you see this note prior to your arrival and expect to arrive late, please email us at reservations@miragewhitsundays.com.au to let us know.
Inside your letterbox, you will find an envelope with your name on it. This will contain your apartment keys, welcome letter, and site map. Please follow the directions on your map to locate your room.
You will need your apartment key to open your lobby door and your apartment door. Simply swipe your card on the black screen at each access point, and on the oval disc on your apartment door.

Please be aware that there are two entrance gates for the property but only the first one (located at the bottom of the hill) will be accessible for late arrivals.
Entry without a vehicle
Pass your apartment key across the black screen beside the walkway gate next to letter boxes. The gate will unlock and you will need to push the gate to enter. Rooms #1-#59, please access to bottom gate entrance. Rooms #61-#104, please proceed up the hill and through the top gate entrance.
You will need to swipe your apartment key across the black screen located outside your lobby door. Once through the door take the lift to your designated floor as per the site map.
Entry with a vehicle
At the entry gate pass your apartment key across the black screen located on the pole in the middle of the drive way which will be located on your right hand side from the driver’s seat, the gate will then open automatically. Rooms #1-#59,please access to bottom gate entrance. Rooms #61-#104, please proceed up the hill and through the top gate entrance.( When you exit the complex the main gate will open outwards automatically) Proceed as per the site map to your apartments car parks.
